Anaplan: This software firm currently has over 2000 employees worldwide. Its new headquarters will open in Miami in early 2024.
LeverX: Another software firm, LeverX will be abandoning Silicon Valley and will establish new headquarters at Wells Fargo Center at 333 SE 2nd Avenue in downtown Miami.
NVidia: A dominant software and hardware company, this firm has also chosen to move its Santa Clara, California, headquarters, to Miami.
Microsoft: The firm just leased a 50 K SF in a currently-under-construction-tower located in the Brickell Financial District. Though the firm is not relocating, they are choosing to expand into this new tech hub.
Uber: They just signed a lease for a 13 K SF office at 3 MiamiCentral, a brand-new Class A office tower in downtown Miami.
Shopify: Though the e-commerce platform will not relocate to Miami, they have been expanding their presence in the city. Back in 2021, Shopify inaugurated new offices that now house marketing and sales employee.
IBM: In March 2023, IBM announced that it would be moving its Latin American sales unit to Coral Gables, Florida, creating 60 new jobs in the Miami area. IBM also has a number of other offices in Miami, including a software development center and a customer support center.
Amazon: In 2022, Amazon leased nearly 9,000 square feet of space in a Coral Gables building for its Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Web Services divisions. Amazon also has a number of other offices in Miami, including a fulfillment center and a customer support center.
