The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued permits for a new 32-story condominium tower in Pompano Beach. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Pompano Beach will be the tallest building in the city when it is completed: it will be 353 feet tall.

The tower is being developed by Fortune International Group and Oak Capital. It will have 205 condominium residences and will be designed by Revuelta Architecture International. The permits were approved after a year of review by the FAA. The agency determined that the tower would not interfere with aircraft operations.

The groundbreaking for the project was held in November 2022. Moss Construction is the general contractor. The residences will be decorated by Lissoni & Partners. They will feature the Ritz-Carlton's signature amenities, including a yacht club, beach club, sports courts, and pool decks.

The property will also have guest suites for friends and family of residents. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Pompano Beach is expected to be completed in 2025.
