Features and Amenities
The Bays at Frisco will include a four-story, 100,000-square-foot golf lab and suites equipped with real golf equipment and advanced technology. The facility will also house a restaurant, bar, and an onsite boutique hotel.
A Social and Entertainment Hub
The Bays aims to blend traditional golf with modern technology, creating a unique social and entertainment destination with stunning views of PGA Frisco. The resort promises an immersive golf experience suitable for all ages and skill levels. Guests can enjoy deluxe hitting bays and a spacious 25,000-square-foot putting green accompanied by a well-stocked bar. The restaurant features a 100-foot-wide video wall and upscale menu options prepared by a professional chef.
Exclusive Membership and Corporate Spaces
The third and fourth floors will host a 12,000-square-foot private membership club and space for corporate suites, events, and partnerships. The boutique hotel, also on these floors, will offer 19 suites, each with a private hitting bay, and one- and two-bedroom rooms. Executive suites will be available for corporate events or retreats, and guests can enjoy a rooftop pool with cabanas.
Official Commencement and Special Guests
The groundbreaking event was celebrated by leaders from The Bays, TaylorMade, and the City of Frisco. PGA Tour players Parker and Pierceson Coody, from North Texas, were present to hit the official first drives at The Bays, marking the start of this exciting project.
