The development of Downtown Miami’s Metrocenter has moved forward significantly, with the county announcing a shortlist of three prequalified proposers for the project, as detailed in a recent memo to commissioners.

Redevelopment Plans

Metrocenter's vision includes the transformation of multiple county-owned properties. The project encompasses around 27 acres in the downtown government center area, aiming to create a dynamic, interactive community that operates around the clock.
