The partnership has recently secured a 33.7-acre site for the ambitious project. Construction is slated to begin in early 2024, with the campus expected to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2025. The campus will comprise four buildings, with sizes ranging from 102,957 to 188,132 square feet, making it a versatile space for tenants of various sizes.

Designed by Meinhardt & Associates, Constellation Mustang Crossing will boast impressive features such as 28- to 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and ample parking with 522 spots. The campus will be located at 2100 Mustang Court, in the DFW Airport submarket, making it a prime location for businesses seeking proximity to major transport routes.

Location and Accessibility

Strategically located near State Highways 114 and 121, the campus will be just 5 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and within a 25-mile radius of Dallas. As of September, Dallas had the largest industrial development pipeline in the nation, with 49.3 million square feet underway.
