Terra Teams Up with The WELL on Second Miami Project in Coconut Grove

Terra and THE WELL are collaborating on their second wellness-focused residential project in Miami - THE WELL Coconut Grove. With an estimated cost of $650 million, this eight-story development will be located at one of the neighborhood’s main streets - 2855 Tigertail Avenue, bringing together luxury and holistic well-being in an upscale residential community. The building is designed by Arquitectonica, with Meyer Davis overseeing the interiors. 

Luxury Residences with a Wellness Twist

Building on the success of THE WELL Bay Harbor, this new project will offer 194 high-end residences designed with wellness in mind. The homes will range from one to four bedrooms, spanning 960 to 4,200 square feet, with prices starting at $1.5 million. Each space is meticulously crafted to integrate health-focused design elements into everyday living. Unique features include a “wellness den” where residents can do workouts, massages and meditation. Douglas Elliman will be leading sales; the sales gallery is located at 2640 South Bayshore Drive, unit 101 in Miami.

State-of-the-Art Wellness Amenities

THE WELL Coconut Grove is set to feature unique amenities that cater to physical and mental well-being. Highlights include hyperbaric chambers for healing, crystal cave relaxation lounges, and spaces dedicated to promoting both physical and mental health. There will also be a 40,000-square-foot rooftop pool with hot and cold plunges, a conservatory and a pickleball court.Additional offerings include discounts on wellness treatments and use of Theraguns and lymph boots, bi-annual health coaching and events. These features aim to create a sanctuary where residents can thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

The development has already generated significant interest, with 20% of units reserved within 48 hours of its announcement. This reflects the growing appeal of wellness-focused real estate as more homebuyers seek spaces that enhance their overall quality of life.
