Terra & One Thousand Group's 58-story Villa Residences in Miami Applies for Site Work Permit

A site work permit application has been recently submitted for the Edgewater property where the ambitious 58-story tower, Villa Residences, is set to be constructed. This application was filed with Miami’s Building Department on February 1st.

Contractor and Development Team

Moss & Associates has been listed as the contractor on the permit. Additionally, there are separate permits currently under review for the vertical construction of the tower and for a seawall, both of which are being handled by Moss as well.

Project Details

Villa Residences is slated to be an impressive 650-foot tower, designed by ODP Architects. The development is expected to encompass 72 residential units, featuring luxurious amenities such as a rooftop helipad and baywalk. Moreover, plans include a restaurant operated by Major Food Group.
