Terra Group & One Thousand Group to Break Ground on 58-Story Residential Tower in Edgewater

In an effort to expedite the construction process, One Thousand Group and Terra Group have recently submitted an application for a site work permit. Their collaborative project, Villa Miami, designed by ODP Architecture in partnership with Terra and Major Food Group, aims to redefine luxury living in Edgewater.
