Swire’s latest move taps Harrods Interior Design—helmed by Letitia Fitzgibbon—for exclusive design services, marking their debut in American residences. Buyers receive a complimentary consultation and can opt into full-scale planning, furnishings, styling, installation, sourcing, and project management.
The centerpiece of the collaboration is the four-bedroom, 7,965 square foot Knightsbridge Penthouse atop the South Tower. Dressed with opulent touches like a Murano glass chandelier, Taj Mahal marble floors, commissioned art, and a metallic mosaic pool by Mathilde Jonquiere, it offers multi-level terraces, an outdoor pool, and sweeping Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami views.
A wellness wing includes a yacht-inspired principal suite, gym with PENT equipment, Swarovski-crystal dumbbells, lap pool, open-air shower 800 feet above ground, plus a sauna and 24k gold Dornbracht shower.
