This rezoning will pave the way for the creation of the breathtaking Orchards mixed-use development, an ambitious project featuring 2,600 beautiful homes.
Building upon their acquisition of the 92-acre Chevron Park office campus, Sunset Development Co. intends to revitalize the space and incorporate it into the larger Bishop Ranch mixed-use development.
