Developers Strategic Properties and Continua Developments have received approval for their new apartment community in North Miami, known as Urbania Nomi 6th Ave. This mixed-use, multi-family residential project aims to enhance the area along NE 6th Avenue and NE 127th Street with modern amenities and housing options.

Project Overview

Urbania Nomi 6th Ave will feature an 11-story building with 240 residential units. The structure will stand at 105 feet tall and include 21,967 square feet of commercial and retail space on the ground level, offering easy access to the local community.

The development includes a two-level podium, fully screened to blend with the environment, offering 339 parking spaces, with 45 spaces allocated for hybrid and eco-friendly vehicles. Above the parking levels, a recreation and amenity deck will be built, featuring a variety of facilities.
