Sterling Bay has initiated construction on the Pulaski 55 Logistics Center, a significant industrial project located in Chicago.

The development, expected to be completed by December 2024, will introduce 147,500 square feet of contemporary industrial space to the Archer Heights area. Leasing for the property is being managed by Colliers.
The Pulaski 55 Logistics Center is strategically positioned on a 7.5-acre site with direct access to I-55, facilitating easy connectivity to downtown Chicago. This location offers a prime advantage for industrial operations needing proximity to major urban centers.
Sterling Bay, in collaboration with Affinius Capital, acquired the site in August 2023. The construction loan was secured from the First National Bank of Omaha, and Premier Design Build Group is leading the construction efforts.
According to Scott Gibbel, Managing Director of Sterling Bay’s industrial division, the project aligns with the company’s strategy of focusing on infill developments in densely populated urban areas. There is a growing demand from manufacturing and distribution sectors for modern industrial spaces in these high-barrier markets.
