This week, Coastal Construction broke ground on the St. Regis Residences, Miami, located at 1809 Brickell Avenue. Developed by Related Group and Integra Investments, the 50-story ultra-luxe residential project is slated to deliver a refined yet opulent lifestyle come its delivery in 2027.
