In 2022, the Texas-based Olympus Real Estate Group invested $100 million to revitalize the 46-acre property, breathing life into historic buildings dating back to the early 20th century. The grounds, dormant for almost 30 years, now boast over 50 pools, including a rejuvenated bathhouse and a lake at the heart of the compound.

Murrieta's revival extends beyond pools, with spa services, a mud loft sourced from the Mojave Desert, and a Dynamic Fitness center. The property features a range of amenities, including Cafe Azuli, Brew 1902 coffee shop, and lounge bars. The reimagined guest rooms from the 1960s now embrace a minimalist style with muted tones. Talia Kitchen, an upscale restaurant, is set to open in spring, enhancing the resort's appeal as a comprehensive wellness destination.

Dr. Marcus Coplin, the resort’s medical director, emphasizes a data-informed, science-informed approach to health and wellness. The geothermal springs, bubbling with sulfate, chloride, boron, calcium, lithium, potassium, sodium, silica, and bicarbonate, are known for their therapeutic properties. Cooled to 104 degrees or less, the waters aim to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, uplift mood, and support cellular health. Cold-plunge pools with water at 54 degrees or less complement the rejuvenating experience.
