The new look of the upcoming The Giorgio Armani Residences has been unveiled. The project is a 12-story mixed-use building that is currently in the construction phase at 760 Madison Avenue within Manhattan's Upper East Side, specifically the Lenox Hill section.

The team behind the project: The Giorgio Armani Residences is being developed by SL Green Realty and designed by COOKFOX in collaboration with Giorgio Armani Corp. Overseeing the construction is Leeding Builders Group, functioning as the general contractor for this property, located at the junction of Madison Avenue and East 65th Street.

The project in numbers: This structure, now at its peak height of 189 feet, is set to encompass a total of 91,179 square feet. The project will comprise ten condominium units and a remarkable 19,387-square-foot Giorgio Armani flagship boutique.

A room with a view: The upper levels of the building will feature private terraces adorned with landscaping, setbacks adorned with shrubbery and dark railings, all nestled within the Lenox Hill setting. The top-floor residents will be able to enjoy picturesque views of Central Park and the Midtown Manhattan skyline. Additionally, a communal terrace, furnished with bespoke Armani Casa furniture, will be accessible from the residential lounge.

State-of-the-art residential units: Homes are set to feature Gagganeau appliances, Gascogne Beige honed limestone floors, Bardiglio Imperiale Blue marble kitchen islands, Rose Aurora marble in the primary bathrooms, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures in all bathrooms. Primary bedrooms will be equipped with walk-in closets or full-sized dressing rooms. Each unit will come with a liner diffused HVAC system, LG washers and dryers, and a keypad home automation system.

Only the best for the tenants: In terms of amenities, residents can look forward to a gym, a spa treatment room, a tranquil Zen tearoom with service provided by Armani Ristorante, a lounge, and a library.

Location, location, location: Conveniently located, the nearest subway station from the corner property is the 68th Street-Hunter College station, serviced by the 6 train. The Lexington Avenue-63rd Street station offers access to the F, Q, and R trains, while the 5th Avenue-59th Street station provides access to the N, R, and W trains.

Anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2024, as indicated on the construction board, 760 Madison Avenue stands poised to make a significant impact in the architectural landscape of the city.
