A new addition to Midtown Manhattan's skyline is on the rise with the construction of 100 West 37th Street, a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper located in the Garment District. Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, this 743-foot-tall tower will feature 300 condominium units and ample commercial space. The building is situated at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 37th Street, alternatively addressed as 989-993 Sixth Avenue.

Significant progress has been made since the last update in July. Foundation work has been completed, and the substructure is nearly finished. Recent photos reveal that the ground floor is beginning to take shape, with rounded perimeter columns becoming visible. These columns are temporarily enclosed with concrete formwork as construction advances. The next stage will see the formation of podium levels over the coming weeks.
Renderings by C3D Architecture offer a glimpse into the future of 100 West 37th Street. The building’s design features two glass-clad cylindrical volumes that taper outward to an eighth-floor terrace. The renderings highlight two setbacks within the main tower, each with landscaped terraces and seating. The lower setback likely includes a communal lounge, while the upper one may be part of a private residential unit. Upper-level residents will enjoy expansive views of Midtown and Lower Manhattan.
The construction of 100 West 37th Street is moving forward with an anticipated completion date in 2026, as indicated on-site.
