The project, known as The Alton, is set to redefine the city's iconic Alton Road with its unique blend of retail, residential, and office spaces.

The Alton: A New Era for Miami Beach

The Alton is a six-story mixed-use building designed by the prestigious architectural firm Foster + Partners. The building is strategically located at the intersection of Alton Road and Lincoln Road, a bustling shopping street famous for its pedestrian traffic. The Alton is poised to become a landmark in Miami Beach, offering a unique blend of 170,000 square feet of rentable office space, 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and five large condos on the top floor.
