Shaun White Sells Previous Hollywood Hills Home After Buying New Residence for $5M

Nearly a year ago, Shaun White and Nina Dobrev bought a modern home in the Hollywood Hills. Recently, White put his former bachelor pad, a stylish midcentury modern, on the market for $5 million.

White's Previous Home

In 2018, Shaun White purchased a midcentury modern house for $3.8 million. He renovated the circa-1955 structure, creating contemporary open spaces while preserving its original charm. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms in less than 1,900 square feet, the house offers cozy yet stylish living. Situated on a 0.33-acre property in Outpost Estates, it features a two-car carport and a gated walkway surrounded by bamboo.

The interior impresses with a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Hollywood and L.A. The kitchen is updated with new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
