Sales at Albanese Org's New 279-unit Luxury Development in Battery Park Cross 50%

The Solaire, a new luxury residential development in Battery Park City, New York, has sold over 50% of its units, with nearly 140 sales to date. The 29-story building, developed by the Albanese Organization, is on track to be one of the best-selling new developments of 2023. With 279 total residences, there are 139 on the market.

The team behind The Solaire: this exclusive development, addressed at 20 River Terrace, was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects while the interior design was handled by Rebecca Robertson Interior. 

The exclusive facilities for tenants: Amenities at The Solaire include a fitness center, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom, and rooftop garden with lounges and dining areas.

What sets this project apart: The team behind The Solaire have gone to great lengths in order to prioritize sustainability. This project is the first high-rise in the world to earn LEED Platinum certification, and it has been equipped with plenty of environmentally friendly features, such as planted roofs, a rainwater retention system, façade photovoltaic panels and MERV-14 air filters in the residences.
