  • The oceanfront development includes 40 luxury residences with resort-style amenities and direct beach access.
  • Randall Stofft Architects designed the project, with interiors by Steven G.

What the Salato Pompano Beach Project Includes

Construction has officially wrapped on Salato Pompano Beach, a new boutique luxury condominium development located at 305 Briny Avenue along the South Florida coastline. Developed by U.S. Development, the 10-story oceanfront project delivers 40 luxury residences designed around resort-style living and wellness-focused amenities. The property was designed by Randall Stofft Architects with interiors handled by Interiors by Steven G. Residences range from approximately 2,100 to 3,350 square feet and feature large terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive living spaces, and direct views of the Atlantic Ocean.

What Executives Say About the Development

John Farina described Salato as one of the most personalized luxury residential offerings currently available in Pompano Beach.
“Salato provides a brand-level living experience so personal and precisely crafted that nothing else in the market comes close at this scale,” Farina said.
Dustin Salzano said the project was designed to combine luxury resort services with the privacy of a boutique residential community.
“Our goal with Salato was to create a living experience that rivals the finest luxury resorts in the world,” Salzano said.

What Amenities and Services Residents Will Receive

Salato includes more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space centered around wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle programming. Amenities include an 80-foot ocean-view pool, spa facilities, saunas, steam rooms, fitness center, owners’ lounge, club room, hobby rooms, and direct beach services. Residents also have access to optional hospitality-style services, including housekeeping, grocery stocking, personal training, spa treatments, beach yoga, culinary programming, valet services, and boat charter coordination. The project additionally includes approximately 2,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space facing A1A, where discussions are reportedly underway for a future restaurant tenant.

What This Means for Pompano Beach Luxury Development

The completion of Salato reflects the continued growth of Pompano Beach as an emerging luxury residential market within South Florida. Developers have increasingly targeted the city with boutique waterfront condominium projects as buyers search for alternatives to Miami and Palm Beach while still seeking resort-style amenities and oceanfront access. The market has seen rising interest from both full-time residents and second-home buyers attracted to newer luxury inventory and relatively lower pricing compared to neighboring coastal markets.

What the Project Could Mean for South Florida Waterfront Real Estate

Projects like Salato highlight how developers are increasingly blending hospitality, wellness, and high-service residential living into smaller boutique condominium communities . As demand for luxury waterfront housing continues throughout South Florida, boutique developments offering privacy, personalized service, and resort-style amenities are expected to remain highly competitive among affluent buyers.
