RXR has recently unveiled new images of Maven, their latest residential project in the South Bronx.

The project in numbers: Situated at 2413 Third Avenue in Mott Haven, this 27-story tower is designed by CetraRuddy Architects and comprises 200 rental apartments. Among these, 60 units are rent-stabilized and cater to middle-income households.

The facilities: The tenants of Maven will have access to a wide range of amenities spread across nearly 21,000 square feet. These include a fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor lounge areas, coworking spaces, a game room, and a roof terrace with lounge areas and barbecue grills. Additionally, the building features an on-site parking garage with space for 81 vehicles, electric vehicle charging stations, and a small retail component. Prospective tenants can choose from one to three-bedroom layouts, all equipped with energy-efficientappliances and in-unit laundry machines.

The vision: Joseph Graziose Jr., the executive vice president of development services at RXR, expressed his enthusiasm about the project. He stated that RXR’s venture into The Bronx was a natural progression in their development strategy. Mott Haven presented an exceptional opportunity to establish a presence in a historic and thriving neighborhood. Graziose emphasized their belief in the vibrancy of the South Bronx and its rich cultural heritage that serves as an endless source of inspiration for fostering a creative community.

Maven aims to provide an immersive experience for its residents. The first floor and lobby will showcase large-scale artwork created by local and international artists. The collection currently comprises ten installations ranging from 8 to 19 feet high.

What’s next: Leasing at Maven commenced earlier this month under the guidance of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. The building is expected to open its doors this fall.
