What Rosso Development delivered
Rosso Development, alongside Hyatt and Midtown Development, has completed The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, marking a major milestone in the neighborhood. The 12-story project at 3100 NE 1st Avenue has received its temporary certificate of occupancy, with closings now underway.
“Our vision was to bring The Standard brand’s incredible energy into the fabric of Miami urban living,” said Carlos Rosso.
What the project includes
The development features 228 residences and more than 34,000 square feet of amenities. Design is led by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Urban Robot. Amenities include a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, fitness center, coworking spaces, and entertainment-focused features like a pickleball court and karaoke rooms.
What this means for the Standard brand
This project represents the first standalone residential concept for The Standard brand under Hyatt.
“The Standard brand has always gravitated toward neighborhoods with creative energy,” said Amar Lalvani.
The move signals the expansion of lifestyle hospitality brands into residential real estate.
What this means for Midtown Miami
Midtown Miami continues to evolve as a key urban neighborhood between Wynwood and the Design District. Projects like this are helping transform the area into a walkable, mixed-use destination with strong residential demand. The near sellout also reflects continued buyer interest in branded residential products.
What this means for developers and investors
This deal highlights the strength of branded residences as a growing segment. Developers are partnering with hospitality brands to create a differentiated product that commands premium pricing. For investors, it reinforces Miami’s position as a top market for lifestyle-driven residential development. Branded residential projects continue to gain traction as developers blend hospitality and housing to capture demand.
