After an extensive search spanning several years, Room & Board strategically chose Paramus as the heart of its Northern New Jersey presence. Lee Testa, Room & Board’s Regional Retail Market Manager, expressed excitement about securing a prime location in the core of the home furnishings hub in Paramus. The 10-year lease, with two 10-year renewal options, solidifies the brand's commitment to the area. This move not only expands Room & Board's regional footprint but also complements its existing 48,000-square-foot flagship location in New York City’s Chelsea district.
