On November 1st, the groundbreaking ceremony took place at the sales center, signifying the start of an exciting venture. Present at the event were key figures, including Oscar Roger, Sr. and Oscar Roger, Jr., the dynamic father-son development team, along with partners Zarko Cukic, Jose Espantoso, and Veronica Rey.
