Developed by Rockefeller Group and Park Tower Group, the GKV Architects-designed structure is making its mark, standing proudly at 400 feet and offering a glimpse into the future of urban living in this dynamic neighborhood.

Swift Progress 

In early August, the construction of 16 Dupont Street has surged ahead at an impressive pace. From the reinforced concrete superstructure surpassing the podium's height to the tower now reaching its pinnacle, recent photographs capture the evolving skyline. The sleek floor-to-ceiling windows with distinctive black mullions are nearing the halfway mark, presenting a modern facade that promises a unique living experience.

Architectural Finesse Unveiled

The tower's exterior features narrow vertical strips of patterned cementitious paneling, strategically placed to introduce captivating textures to the design. Geometric textures in the vertical columns are showcased in close-up shots, highlighting the attention to detail. The uppermost levels, where the crown is nearing completion, will be adorned with a stylish gray metal screen, elevating the visual appeal in line with the main rendering.
