Marisa Gadlin has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President while continuing in her role as Head of Core Holdings. Based in New York, she now oversees the company’s human resources, corporate communications, and legal departments, supporting operations and development partners nationwide.

Gadlin also continues to lead Rockefeller Group’s Manhattan core holdings portfolio, overseeing leasing, asset management, and long-term value enhancement across key properties. In 2025 alone, she shepherded approximately 500,000 square feet of new office leasing transactions.

She joined Rockefeller Group in 2021 and brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and operations. Before joining the firm, she held senior roles at Paramount Group, Tishman Speyer, and Rothschild’s mergers and acquisitions group.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, The Wharton School of Business
