About a year ago, Robert Herjavec made headlines with his $26 million purchase of an estate in Hidden Hills, a gated Los Angeles suburb known for its celebrity residents. This marked the highest price ever paid for a home in the area.

Now, Herjavec, renowned as a Shark Tank judge and the CEO of an IT security company, is selling one of his other extravagant properties—a penthouse in New York City. Priced at $38.5 million, the penthouse occupies an entire upper floor of One57, a prestigious skyscraper on Manhattan’s “Billionaires’ Row.” Herjavec acquired the penthouse nearly three years ago for around $32 million.

Accessed through a private elevator landing, the penthouse features a 26-foot-wide foyer leading to a "grand salon" with panoramic views of Central Park and the city skyline. The interior boasts bespoke finishes and furnishings, including Venetian plaster ceilings and Brazilian herringbone wood floors.
