The buyer, linked to the family of Chinese tycoon Song Qinghou, obtained the property in an all-cash deal. Song, who amassed a $6.1 billion fortune in the beverage industry, now owns a meticulously designed three-story home with eight bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and exquisite interior finishes.
