Luly Bestard Melarti: Vice President of Architecture and Design
Reynolds Asset Management proudly welcomes Luly Bestard Melarti as the Vice President of Architecture and Design. In this pivotal role, Melarti collaborates closely with the firm’s architects, engineers, and development professionals. She spearheads the management of construction and renovation projects, oversees preconstruction and contract administration, and provides valuable guidance to the underwriting and acquisition teams.
Salvatore ‘Sal’ Campisi: Senior Associate
Joining as Senior Associate, Salvatore Campisi assumes primary responsibilities for underwriting, sourcing new deals in various markets, and managing assets within Reynolds’ expanding portfolio.

Meet the New Team Members, Luly Bestard Melarti
A licensed architect, Melarti brings to the Reynolds team an extensive background in residential design, development, and construction. Armed with a Masters of Architecture and an MBA with a focus on real estate finance, she co-founded a successful residential design-build company. Melarti's past roles include development manager for mixed-use projects and architect/planner at Perkins & Will, specializing in strategic facility planning. Currently, she serves as a trustee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern New Jersey’s Architect League and is a member of AIA New Jersey Equity in Architecture. Originally from Miami, Melarti now resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Salvatore Campisi
Campisi, with three years of contracting and real estate experience, joins Reynolds with a unique background. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University in accounting, he dedicated time to his family’s electrical contracting and real estate business. Displaying entrepreneurial flair, Campisi co-created a canned cocktail brand that expanded into major retailers before his return to the real estate industry. Currently residing in New York, NY, he brings a fresh perspective to Reynolds.
