Reynolds Asset Management (Reynolds) recently celebrated the grand opening of The Mural, a new multifamily apartment complex located at 606 Freeman Street in Orange, New Jersey. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception to mark the occasion.

Location and Features
The Mural stands on the site of the former Orange Valley Hardware Store and comprises 103 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The complex offers residents various amenities such as covered ground floor parking, a rooftop lounge, grilling areas, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.


Event Highlights
During the grand opening, key figures from Reynolds Asset Management addressed the attendees. CEO and Founder Lou Reynolds, along with Chief Operating Officer Matthew Earl, shared their vision for the project. Chris Hartwyk, the business administrator for the City of Orange, also spoke at the event. Additionally, local artist Dan Fenelon was present to discuss his commissioned mural, which adorns the building’s main lobby and celebrates the area's rich artistic heritage.
