Complex of the Future
This fall, Reuben Brothers will kick off the sales and marketing of the development's two residential towers. Comprising 44 stories each, the towers will collectively offer 268 for-sale residences. Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the residences come with amenities such as a pool, a business center, a dog park, outdoor dining areas, and a children's play area.
Mixed-use Trifecta
Among the key components of Century Plaza is the reinvisioned Fairmont Century Plaza hotel, featuring 400 guestrooms and 85 suites. Alongside its accommodations, the hotel includes amenities such as a pool, spa, and fitness center. The culinary experience is not overlooked, with multiple restaurant options available to guests.
The project's retail component, known as The Shops at Century Plaza, encompasses a sizable 100,000 SF of shopping, dining, and entertainment spaces. Alongside these commercial offerings are public green spaces, a landscaped promenade, and art installations.
