Renderings Revealed for Earlington Metro's 856-unit Development at Earlington Heights Metrorail Station

A significant residential complex is being planned at the Earlington Heights Metrorail station by developer Earlington Metro, LLC. Last week, new renderings and detailed plans were submitted for review.

Project Overview

The developer has filed for Miami-Dade Administrative Site Plan Review to advance the workforce multifamily development project. The proposal includes the construction of two 15-story towers on the site currently occupied by bus bays.

Project Details

The development is set to feature 856 residential units and 33,827 square feet of retail space. The land, which will be leased from the county, aims to integrate residential and retail components to serve the local community.

Architectural Design

The renowned firm Arquitectonica is responsible for the architectural design of the project. The new plans and renderings were officially submitted to Miami-Dade County on June 19.
