Related & Tricap Partner for 329-Unit NoMad Residences Wynwood

Miami-based real estate development firm Related Group and Manhattan-based developer Tricap have begun construction on NoMad Residences Wynwood, a new luxury condominium tower in Miami's vibrant Wynwood neighborhood.

What to expect from this partnership: The nine-story tower, designed by South Florida-based Arquitectonica and featuring interiors by the renowned DesignAgency, will offer 329 fully furnished residences ranging from studios to two bedrooms.
