Related Group's 304-unit Wynwood Rental Development Tops Off

The vertical construction of a rental apartment complex in Wynwood has reached completion.

What’s next for this development: Related Group kick-started the project in December 2022. According to the company, the building will be completed by September 2024. 

Once fully completed, the development will comprise:

• 304 apartments

• 18,422 square feet of retail space

• 55,961 square feet of Class A office space

• A 7-story garage providing parking for 527 vehicles

What to expect from the units: The apartments will vary in size, ranging from cozy 550 square feet studios to spacious three-bedroom units exceeding 1,400 square feet.

Amenities for tenants: The complex will offer a range of them, including a rooftop pool deck featuring summer kitchens, a fitness center with spin rooms, sauna and steam rooms, a private resident lounge, 24-hour concierge services, a golf simulator, and a dedicated podcast room.

Cohen Freedman Encinosa is the architect responsible for the project.
