Jorge M. Perez will remain as executive chairman of Related Group, while Nick Perez will continue to lead the company's condominium arm. Before working at Related Group, Jon Paul worked at New York's Related Cos.

Related Group is currently advancing several major luxury condo developments, including branded residences with Ritz-Carlton and Baccarat in Brickell, along with high-end projects on Fisher Island and in Bal Harbour. Collectively, these developments have secured approximately $1.7 billion in construction financing.
