The St. Regis Residences in Brickell are set to redefine upscale living in the heart of Miami. The tower features 152 luxurious residences, complemented by an impressive array of indoor and outdoor amenities, spanning over 50,000 square feet. Clearing the Way for Construction
In June, a demolition permit was submitted to prepare the construction site for this remarkable tower. The planned development is progressing smoothly, with the Miami Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) reviewing and approving the proposed plans the same month.
Reaching New Heights with FAA Approval
In July, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted approval for the St. Regis Residences tower to rise to a permanent height of 630 feet above ground, or 639 feet above sea level. This exciting milestone paves the way for the tower to stand tall and elegant in the Miami skyline.
Construction on the Horizon
With all the essential permits in place, the project is on track for success. In August, a construction permit was applied for, and the review process is currently underway. The future of the St. Regis Residences in Brickell looks promising, promising a new standard of luxury living in Miami.
