The facility operates under a 20-year lease that is expected to generate approximately $16 million for Miami-Dade County. PS invested about $12 million to renovate the building before opening.

What Travelers Can Expect
The luxury terminal includes private TSA screening, lounge and spa services, and private vehicle transportation that takes passengers directly to their aircraft. Upon arrival, travelers can also be driven from the plane to their hotel without passing through the main airport terminal. Annual memberships are available for $4,850, with additional per-visit fees. A private suite costs $3,650 per visit and includes spa services, valet parking for up to 30 days, and a complimentary car wash. A chauffeur service is expected to launch later this year for an additional $1,125. Non-members can also access the terminal by paying additional usage fees.
