Foundation Work Complete in Wynwood

Located at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33127, Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences has officially completed its foundation pour, marking a significant construction milestone. General contractor John Moriarty & Associates began the month-long concrete operation on June 1, with the largest portion of the pour completed on June 8 before crane installation followed later in the month. Construction remains on schedule for delivery in the second quarter of 2028.

A First-of-Its-Kind Residential Concept

Developed by PMG and LNDMRK Development, the eight-story boutique project will feature 233 fully finished and furnished residences. The development introduces a unique live-work concept by offering dedicated office suites for select residences, while eligible owners will have the ability to host their homes year-round on Airbnb, subject to local laws and platform restrictions.
