What's Coming Back

The new Pelican Landing keeps the format that made the original a fixture: dock-and-dine access for boaters pulling in off the Intracoastal, plus a landside entrance for guests staying at the resort. Pier Sixty-Six's own materials point to conch fritters and other waterfront staples on the menu, alongside tropical cocktails, an ice-cold Pabst Blue Ribbon among them. No architectural details, floor count, or square footage have been confirmed publicly for the new build-out.

Pelican Landing is one of 12 dining concepts Pier Sixty-Six now lists on its property, a lineup that includes Calusso, Sotogrande, Pier Top and The Nectar Room. It slots into the marina side of a 32-acre redevelopment that reopened in January 2025 after a nearly eight-year closure, backed by Tavistock Development Company and its owner, Joe Lewis, with CoralTree Hospitality managing the resort.
