The Standard Residences, a 12-story pied-à-terre-style building in Midtown Miami, has achieved a significant construction milestone by topping off its structure. Window installations have also progressed, reaching the eighth floor, marking a key phase in the development.

Secured Financing and Exciting Dining Options

The project previously secured $45.045 million in financing from Bank OZK. In addition, it has announced two major food and beverage offerings: the rooftop restaurant Solana by Juvia Group, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy located on the ground floor. These additions aim to elevate the dining scene within the building and contribute to Midtown’s dynamic growth.

Carlos Rosso, Founder of Rosso Development, emphasized that this milestone reflects Midtown’s evolution into a highly desirable area in Miami for both living and leisure. The strong support and interest in the project align with a broader vision of Midtown as a vibrant community hub.

Design and Development Team

The Standard Residences features architectural design by the renowned firm Arquitectonica, while Urban Robot, in partnership with The Standard’s in-house team, crafted the interiors. Civic Construction serves as the general contractor, and the landscaping is being handled by Naturalficial.

Prime Location and Flexible Living Spaces

Located at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue, The Standard Residences is situated between Miami’s Design District and Wynwood, a highly walkable and central area. The development, already 95% pre-sold, offers 228 flexible residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, designed to accommodate short-term leases of one month or more.

Elevated Amenities and Services

The rooftop amenities include a 60-foot resort-style pool, a restaurant and bar, and wellness facilities such as a fitness center, infrared sauna, indoor pickleball court, and yoga studios. The building also boasts a social floor with a karaoke bar, screening room, co-working spaces, Zoom rooms, and a private boardroom. A dedicated concierge will manage owner needs and community events.

Completion and Sales Management

The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025. Sales and marketing efforts for the project are exclusively handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
