The residential tower is positioned roughly 80 feet behind a restored factory building, preserving part of the property's historic character while creating a distinctive streetscape.

Designed by Archimaera, the tower features staggered double-height balconies framed in copper-toned metal that give the building a dynamic appearance. Large glass railings maximize views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, while a glass-enclosed crown with vertical bronze fins creates a striking finish at the top of the structure.
