Palm Beach welcomes its first new hotel in over four years with the opening of Palm House, a modern, luxury property designed to blend timeless elegance with contemporary comfort. Located on Royal Palm Way, just steps from the beach and close to iconic landmarks such as Worth Avenue and the Royal Poinciana Plaza, the 79-room hotel offers a fresh addition to the storied island's hospitality scene.

A Landmark for Iconic Luxury Hotels

Palm House marks the U.S. debut of the London-based L+R Hotel’s Iconic Luxury Hotels (ILH) collection, renowned for properties like Cliveden House and The Mayfair Townhouse. Andrew Stembridge, Executive Director of ILH, described the launch as a pivotal moment, showcasing the brand’s expansion into the United States. Francisco Macedo, Senior Vice President of ILH International, emphasized Palm Beach as a natural fit for their brand, blending sophistication, style, and impeccable service.

Inspired Design and Timeless Aesthetics

Conceived as an enduring escape, Palm House combines vintage Palm Beach charm with modern sensibilities. Designed by Cooper Carry, Muza Lab, and art consultant Minda Dowling, the hotel reinvents classic Palm Beach hues into a bright, inviting aesthetic. Its coral façade, carved cypress arbors, and limestone arches create a welcoming yet elegant atmosphere, further enhanced by lush landscaping.

The Palm Bar: A Playful Welcome

Guests are greeted at the whimsical Palm Bar, adorned with seashell wall installations, coral walls, and Murano-glass chandeliers. A pink marble bar and mosaic marble floors bring a sense of movement, while bartenders in white tuxedos craft tropical-inspired cocktails and British classics. Intimate seating arrangements provide a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.

Dining with a Fusion Flair

Executive Chef Jerry Ayala brings a unique blend of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines to the Palm House Dining Room. Open for all meals of the day, the restaurant features a chef’s table, open kitchen, and a harmonious design of oak accents and coastal turquoise tones.

The Sunset Pool Deck

At the heart of Palm House is the Sunset Pool Deck, a serene oasis with a heated sunken pool, coral-hued cabanas, and luxurious loungers. Guests enjoy attentive poolside service, including surprises like Evian spritzes and sunglass cleaning.

Spacious Accommodations

Palm House boasts 58 guestrooms and 21 suites, averaging over 550 square feet, among the largest in Palm Beach. With coral-colored headboards, coffered ceilings, and indoor-outdoor spaces, the rooms exude elegance and comfort. Signature suites, including the Presidential Suite with two balconies and a personal butler, elevate the guest experience.

Memorable Event Spaces

The hotel’s event facilities include a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, outdoor garden terrace, and pre-function spaces. Coral-and-white Murano-glass chandeliers and sea-spray patterned carpets add sophistication, making it an ideal venue for special occasions.

Thoughtful Amenities

Palm House offers a range of services and features, including:

  • Underground valet parking with EV chargers
  • Pet-friendly accommodations with bespoke amenities
  • A curated art collection by Minda Dowling
  • A fitness center, seasonal wellness classes, and concierge services
