Riviera Horizons has unveiled the interiors of Pagani Residences Miami, revealing stunning kitchen and bathroom designs. The luxurious spaces are curated by A++, the design firm behind Pagani Arte, a newly launched Made in Italy interior design division. Homebuyers can select from over 16 customizable design options, including multiple countertop, flooring, and cabinetry styles, ensuring a unique and functional living experience. Pagani, renowned for its handcrafted exclusivity and “stealth-wealth” design, extends the same bespoke approach from their Hypercars to the interiors of these residences, providing an unparalleled level of personalization.

Miami’s First Hypercar-Branded Development

Pagani Residences, the first building in Miami associated with the prestigious Hypercar brand, is set to deliver 70 handcrafted waterfront homes, with starting prices at $2.4 million. Located in North Bay Village, the project, which will be completed in 2027, is managed by Fortune Development Sales. Pagani Automobili, known for its one-of-a-kind Hypercars, brings its brand’s bespoke craftsmanship to this real estate venture.
