Pacific Northwest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm Expands to Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, TEXAS – Portland, Oregon based Ethos Commercial Advisors, announces it has opened a new office in Dallas, the first outside the Pacific Northwest.  The office will be led by Senior Managing Director Devin Kopas, who comes to Ethos from national commercial brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he held the title of Vice President. 

 

“We have been looking for a strategic way to enter a growth market for some time.” Ethos Executive Managing Director, Josh Bean, SIOR said. “When Devin called me to talk about joining forces, we recognized the potential immediately.”

 

Ethos’ Dallas office will offer the same services as in the Pacific Northwest, which include tenant representation, agency leasing, investment sales, and debt and equity placement.

Also joining the Ethos Dallas office is Camden Muller who will serve as Director. Prior to joining Ethos, Muller was an Assistant Vice President at one of Portland’s largest brokerages, where he was awarded “Rookie of the Year.”
