One Thousand Group, the visionary developers known for iconic projects like One Thousand Museum and Villa Residences, have unveiled their latest venture: Tower 36. This 47-story, 635-foot-tall ultra-luxury office tower is set to make a lasting mark on the city's skyline.

Who’s behind this new project: Designed by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and developed in partnership with Avenue Realty Capital and SD Builders and Construction LLC,

What sets Tower 36 apart: The building, strategically positioned at the northwest corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 36th Street, embodies a departure from conventional office tower designs seen in Miami. The architectural brilliance of KPF, along with Florida-based ODP Architecture & Design, has birthed an elegant glass-clad structure adorned with metallic elements and trims, presenting a design that is truly distinctive.

The amenities and unique rooftop experience: For moments of relaxation, Tower 36 has planned a restaurant and a rooftop terrace atop the parking podium. The tower’s pinnacle boasts a rooftop garden, providing an oasis of greenery within the bustling cityscape. In its entirety, Tower 36 meticulously balances functionality, innovation, and aesthetic appeal, delivering a workspace that seamlessly integrates with Miami’s evolving, vibrant urban fabric.
