  • Marks Anantara’s first-ever U.S. project, targeting 2030 delivery

What One Thousand Group is developing

One Thousand Group has partnered with Minor Hotels to bring the Anantara brand to the U.S. for the first time. The project, Anantara Miami Resort & Residences, will rise 50 stories in Edgewater and include branded condos, resort residences, and hotel suites.

“It’s not just another branded residence, but a fully realized concept,” said Kevin Venger.

What the project includes

The tower will feature 100 private condos, 120 resort residences, and 50 hotel suites, combining ownership with hospitality use. Design is led by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with interiors by Patricia Urquiola. Amenities will focus heavily on wellness and longevity, blending luxury living with health-driven programming and hospitality services.

What makes this project different

This is the first U.S. project from Anantara, a global luxury brand known for high-end resorts and wellness experiences. The concept introduces Thai-inspired hospitality and longevity-focused living into Miami’s residential market.

“True luxury is time,” said William E. Heinecke.

What this means for Miami

The project reinforces Miami’s rise as a global luxury destination, attracting international brands and capital. Edgewater continues to emerge as a prime waterfront development zone connecting Wynwood, the Design District, and downtown. Branded residences with hospitality components are becoming a dominant trend in the market.

What this means for developers and investors

This deal highlights the continued growth of branded residential projects tied to global hospitality names. Developers are leveraging brand recognition and lifestyle offerings to attract high-net-worth buyers. For investors, it signals that Miami remains a top-tier market for ultra-luxury, experience-driven real estate. Miami continues to attract global luxury brands as developers push experiential living and branded residences to new levels.
