Development Partnership
The project is spearheaded by Park Road Development, LLC, a collaborative effort between One Thousand Group, Collarmele Partners, and Meyers Real Estate Group.
The Project
The commercial aspect of the development will feature three distinct buildings: a 16,960 square-foot office building, a 6,100 square-foot convenience store, and a 2,800 square-foot restaurant. The apartment offerings will consist of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 586 to 1,425 square feet.
Community Amenities
Residents will have access to various amenities, including clubhouses and two pools.
Parking Facilities
A five-story parking garage will provide 499 parking spaces for residents, while an additional 123 parking spaces will be allocated for the commercial area.
Site Location
The 30.6-acre development site is located at the intersection of South Park Road and Pembroke Road, just west of I-95. The land is currently owned by the City of Hollywood.
