Brooklyn Fare Kitchen & Market has launched its largest store yet at the base of One Manhattan Square, an 80-story residential skyscraper located at 225 Cherry Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. This new location spans 25,500 square feet.

The impressive 847-foot-tall building, designed by Adamson Associates and developed by Extell, was completed in 2019. It houses 815 residential units and boasts more than 100,000 square feet of amenities. The property is strategically bordered by Cherry Street to the north, South Street to the south, and Pike Street to the west.
Brooklyn Fare Kitchen & Market’s space in One Manhattan Square features a striking all-glass storefront with 20-foot ceilings and over 80 feet of frontage along Cherry Street, making it an eye-catching addition to the neighborhood.
Alan Oppenheimer, vice president of development at Extell Development Company, expressed enthusiasm about the new store, stating, “We are excited to bring this amazing amenity to the community and to residents of One Manhattan Square.” He praised Brooklyn Fare for its stellar reputation among New York City's grocery stores, highlighting the suitability of its new location within their development.
The closest subway access to One Manhattan Square is the F train at the East Broadway station, situated to the northeast of the building.
