Omninet Capital sets its sights on transforming the Sonesta Suites hotel in North Dallas into a vibrant apartment community named Omni Vision Dallas. With a 10-story, 40-year-old structure as its canvas, the project is slated for completion by 2025, promising a fresh start for the aging complex. A substantial investment exceeding $5 million is earmarked for the rejuvenation, focusing on outfitting the 295 rooms with modern kitchens and enriching the ground floor with an array of sought-after amenities. Guiding the creative vision is the Indiana-based architectural firm LA+D, ensuring that every detail of this metamorphosis is carefully curated.

Omninet showcases a diverse real estate portfolio exceeding 10 million square feet of commercial space and roughly 13,000 apartment units.

Embracing Renewal and Innovation in North Dallas

A wave of rejuvenation sweeps through North Dallas as old establishments find new life. Richardson, for instance, recently greenlit the transformation of a once Hyatt House hotel into a vibrant rental community. Similar redevelopment is in progress at The Cabana Hotel on Stemmons Freeway, where developers secured up to $41 million in economic incentives from the Dallas City Council. This year marks the transformation of over 3,000 former hotel rooms into residential spaces by Dallas developers.
