What Omnilife Is Building in Allen
Guadalajara-based Omnilife is preparing to open its new U.S. headquarters in Allen, bringing its American operations into a purpose-built campus along the State Highway 121 corridor.
The company will occupy a roughly 72,000-square-foot building at 1003 State Highway 121 within Prodigy Park, a larger business park developed by Plano-based Heady Investments. Earlier plans called for the facility to accommodate at least 140 employees.
What the New Headquarters Will Include
The headquarters is designed to support more than traditional office functions. Omnilife plans to use the building for its U.S. offices, warehouse operations and manufacturing, supporting its retail business across multiple states.
A second building within the campus was developed speculatively and could be leased to additional tenants, giving the larger Prodigy Park development another potential source of occupancy.
The property also offers strong logistics access, with direct visibility along State Highway 121 and convenient connections to major North Texas highways and airports.
What Heady Investments Brings to the Project
Heady Investments developed the broader Prodigy Park campus, which spans roughly 14 acres and was planned as a combination of office and flexible industrial space.
The developer sold Omnilife approximately 5.75 acres in 2024 for its headquarters project. Earlier project plans identified 5G Studio Collaborative as the architect and Structure Tone Southwest as the general contractor.
The project adds another corporate user to Allen's growing State Highway 121 corridor, where developers are building out a mix of office, industrial, retail and other commercial properties.
What Amaury Vergara Brings to Omnilife
Amaury Vergara, president and director general of Grupo Omnilife, leads the company founded by his father, Jorge Vergara, and Maricruz Zataraín in 1991. Omnilife says the group now operates across more than 20 countries and includes its nutrition, cosmetics and sports businesses.
Vergara also owns Mexican soccer club Chivas, giving the company a high-profile presence beyond the supplement industry.
What This Means for Allen
Omnilife's headquarters adds another major corporate investment to the North Texas 121 corridor, which continues to attract companies looking for highway access, available land and proximity to the region's growing workforce.
The broader Dallas-Fort Worth market has continued to attract corporate relocations and expansions, while Allen and neighboring Plano are seeing additional office and employment projects along the corridor. For commercial real estate investors, Omnilife's move highlights continued demand for owner-user office, warehouse and flex-industrial facilities in high-growth North Texas suburbs.
What Comes Next
The new headquarters is expected to open following the completion of the campus, with Omnilife becoming the anchor occupant of its building. The second building provides additional speculative space that could bring another company into Prodigy Park.
For Allen, the project adds a sizable corporate headquarters and operational facility to a rapidly developing commercial corridor.
